ASC course hits the mark for NSW teachers
An ASC community coaching course designed to help teachers improve their teaching skills for PE lessons has been given rave reviews.
For the first time this year the NSW Education Standards Authority endorsed the ASC Community Coaching General Principles Course (CCGP) enabling over 120 NSW teachers to build up their professional development (PD) hours.
Teachers who received the PD recognition highly valued the course, rating it 4.6 out of 5 for the skills they learnt and the experience of the course generally.
The CCGP course offers teachers some key insights and teaching tips along with video demonstrations about how to deliver practical lessons to make their physical education classes more inclusive and fun for students.
